The Kentucky State University Board of Regents has scheduled a special meeting for Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The session will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and will be held both in person and via videoconference. The primary physical location is the Board of Regents Room on the second floor of the Julian M. Carroll Academic Services Building at 400 East Main Street in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Regent Tammi Dukes, who serves as Board Chair, will call the meeting to order. Nicole Sergent, General Counsel and Board Secretary, will conduct roll call.
The agenda includes several items for discussion and action. Dr. Michael Dailey, Provost and Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, will lead the Division of Academic and Student Affairs Committee portion of the meeting. Dr. Tierra Freeman and Dr. Dailey are expected to present two action items: an Online Student Identity Authentication Policy and an Online Privacy Policy.
In addition to academic matters, Grant Stepp, Athletics Director, will seek approval for a “Wall of Honor” at Alumni Stadium and William Exum Center.
A closed session is planned to address legal and personnel matters under the direction of Chair Dukes.
Chair Dukes will also provide closing remarks before adjourning the meeting.
