On Saturday, March 8, former Great Crossing High School standout Nani Valencia’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, lost 10-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the LSU Lady Tigers.

The game took place at Tiger Park. This was their first matchup against the Lady Tigers this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 11 a.m. at Tiger Park against South Alabama Jaguars.
