Bush Insurance & Realty issued the following announcement on Sept 20.
“Modern Family” star Sofía Vergara—one of the highest-paid actresses in the world—is staying busy in the real estate world. She's now leasing her Los Angeles condo for $10,200 a month.
The pristine pad, located on the ninth floor of a luxury high-rise, was last up for rent in 2015 for $7,200 a month.
The actress purchased the upscale unit in 2007 for $1.1 million, property records show. It appears she placed it briefly on the market for $1.35 million in 2011.

However, perhaps the shrewd businesswoman, with a Kmart clothing line and multiple endorsement deals, decided that the condo brought a better return as an investment property. After all, as the listing description promises, the unit “will appeal to your most discerning clients.”
