REIKI IS A JAPANESE TECHNIQUE FOR STRESS REDUCTION AND RELAXATION THAT ALSO PROMOTES HEALING.
Learning Reiki is often the first step that people take on their spiritual journey. It is easy to learn and requires no special tools! I have been teaching all levels of Reiki for over 10 years here in Lexington, KY and love each and every class I have taught. Every class is never the same as I have been known to teach whatever I am guided along with traditional Reiki techniques.
If you are hesitant to take a class and wonder if taking a class is right for you, feel free to contact me to talk.
Limit is 4 students for these classes with a minimum of 2. I keep my classes small to ensure that you receive quality training, practice and individual attention. My students love the intimacy of the smaller classes!
