On Sunday, April 13, former Great Crossing High School standout Nani Valencia’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oregon Ducks.

The game took place at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Ducks this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at Goodman Softball Complex against Wisconsin Badgers.
